sound bath events

A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite therapeutic and restorative effects to the mind and body. Listening to the sound of harmonic vibrations created by singing bowls, gongs, and chimes can be a meditative, peaceful, and restful experience, and help you into a relaxed state. By slowing down your brainwaves, we can access our mind when it’s at its most creative and problem-solving. Join me to explore where your mind might take you when it’s at it’s most relaxed.

All you have to do is be comfortable and listen!

Please bring along a yoga mat or thick blanket to lie on, a throw or blanket to cosy under, and a cushion or pillow for your head. The aim is to be comfortable! You may also like to bring along a water bottle, and perhaps an eye mask if you have one.

If you could also please let me know in advance or on the day if you have a pacemaker or metal implants, suffer from sound induced epilepsy, or are in your first 12 weeks of pregnancy. It doesn’t necessarily mean that you won’t be able to participate, however it would be something that I may need to be aware of beforehand. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure.
